As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support multiple business units across the business nationally by providing strategic business insights and commercial advice to assist management teams in reaching their goals.

* Prepare, review, analyze, and distribute financial data and reports to the management team.

* Review all stock adjustments, valuations, accruals, WIP valuations, and wages to ensure accurate and robust transactional control.

* Manage and oversee stock reconciliations, ensuring high-quality standards.

* Minimize risks in stock variances and take proper actions on stock gains or losses.
">
* Manage and deliver operational budgets and forecasts.
">
* Supply chain and procurement reporting and analysis.

* Support businesses in developing capital expenditure plans, ensuring they are financially sound and deliverable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare feasibility analyses for CAPEX projects and assist in subsequent measurement and control.

2. Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements and work with management to implement.

3. Provide business partner support to site management.

4. Support internal and external audits.

5. Deliver in-depth analysis of business performances, including financial performance.

6. Provide local and senior management insights on how the business performs and identify areas for improvement.

About You:

We are looking for a professional accountant with a commercial industry background, such as FMCG, Retail, consumer products, or manufacturing.

You should have:

* A professional accounting qualification.

* Strong interpersonal skills.

* Technical accounting skills to understand the impact on business strategy.

* Strong MS Excel skills and prior experience with a large ERP (preferably).
