The Opportunity Reporting to the National Sales Director, this is a strategic leadership role. The Regional Sales Manager's primary role will be to develop and manage the existing sales force (Territory Managers and Strategic Account Managers) within the states of WA, SA & NT. The role would suit a Manager who is passionate about coaching and mentoring the team to get the best out of them and support their growth. You will also be tasked with developing and executing regional business plans, preparing marketing strategies with the Marketing Team, Stakeholder management throughout the business, engaging with and presenting to Top Tier clients.
