About You: You are an experienced accounts payable officer with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role using VIM and the SAP Accounts Payable module (or similar). Your experience will also include: Strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships with your team as well as internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload to meet business requirements. Strong IT skills and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite products. About the role: Within this role, you will provide account processing support as part of the accounts payable team, ensuring that Hydro Tasmania's creditor obligations are met, and compliance is maintained for all Hydro Tasmania policies and systems. This includes: Processing all Accounts Payable transactions. Following up on invoices and processing in VIM and SAP systems. Daily invoice matching integrity checks and regular review of invoices not yet scheduled for payment. Active management of aged creditors transaction listing. Contributing to AP and VIM system upgrades and operational reviews, including testing scenarios and advising on system capabilities and possible improvements. Supporting the AP Administrator as required, including assisting in managing the VIM statistical reporting.
