We are proud to be partnering with a key Global Health provider on a major digital transformation initiative and are looking to place a People Team Change Manager on a 24 month fixed term basis.Possibility of a permanent role on completion of the 24 months fixed term period. This portfolio of work will form a very significant part of this organisation's plans and investment for this year and beyond and is a fantastic opportunity to join early and influence at the outset of a significant multi-year program.The Role: The People Team Change Manager will lead and manage a variety of strategic people-related projects supporting our change agenda with particular focus on organisational design, change management, culture, and performance & reward. The role requires a dynamic individual with experience working in complex organisations and dealing effectively with multiple stakeholders.The role will work closely with the People Leadership and broader People team as well as other stakeholders including PMO and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery which aligns with strategic objectives.What you'll be doing: Lead and manage various HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and budgets Secure buy-in from stakeholders across the organisation Manage and lead project teams, including HR professionals and external vendors (if applicable) Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Collaborate with leadership to assess the impact of changes and develop strategies to manage resistance and foster a positive organisational culture Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR and project management practices Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR projects Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HR and project management To Be Successful in this role you will have: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex HR projects Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including change management, performance management, and reward & recognition programs Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills To find out more about AJQ Professional Services and other opportunities, please go to our website and follow us on LinkedIn: AJQ strives to be an inclusive workplace for all people.
