Job Description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Representative to join our connect division. The Symbio connect division works with large corporate, multi-national and government organisations across the Asia-Pacific region.
Reporting to the Service Delivery & Assurance Team Manager, this role is responsible the end-to-end management of customer provisioning and delivery orders. This role involves the adding, moving, and changing of customer services and delivering within specified service level agreements/targets.
What you'll do as a Service Delivery Representative:
2. Ensure the Symbio brand is highly regarded in the domestic and international market by managing the fulfilment of order.
3. Communicating with the customer effectively to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
6. 3+ years’ experience in Order Management, Processing and fulfilling customer provisioning requests and orders
7. Experience Product Knowledge of telecommunications products & services, such as Voice Carriage, SIP/RTP, Mobile, Fax/Landline services, Data services, and Billing.
8. Advanced stakeholder management experience (internal and external)
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
10. Willing to develop professionally and to learn and support other technology
11. Advanced customer service skills with an exceptional phone manner and excellent written communication skills.
12. Previous contact centre experience, and Network monitoring experience, is an asset.
