Training Officer

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of training programs for frontline staff on mobile applications, driving customer satisfaction and safety excellence.
* Design and adapt training content to align with evolving operational needs and dynamic network changes.
* Cultivate an inclusive and engaging learning environment, tailoring training approaches to diverse audiences and skill levels.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and impactful training during critical situations.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs within large organisations.
* Advanced proficiency in creating impactful training materials using the full Microsoft Office suite.
* Flexibility and readiness to travel to various locations to provide on-site training and support.
