Hours: This position is part time (0.6FTE).
Location: Kadina, this role will incorporate travel as stipulated within the Position Description.
About the Role:
The Integrated Primary Care (IPC) program focuses on ensuring access to allied health services in the primary health care space across the Yorke Peninsula, parts of the Mid and Lower North, Southern Fleurieu Peninsula and KI.
This role will work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary allied health team to support the physical health of people with chronic medical conditions and risk factors for disease. The Dietitian will be responsible for delivering chronic disease management and prevention services for clients accessing the IPC program.
Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience of practice in community settings.
Experience in procedure development and implementation and evaluation.
Experience in resource development for distribution to a range of stakeholders.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
Drivers Licence.
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
Degree level qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics (graduate or post-graduate).
Current membership with the Dieticians Association of Australia, including Accredited Practising Dietitian status.
