Our client is an established and rapidly growing apparel manufacturer specialising within the health and fitness industry. They are actively seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their Gold Coast team and support the growing business brought on via their sales team.
The Role:
1. Support KAM’s with sales process, report building and customer relationship management.
2. Provide excellent customer service and handle order management.
3. Assist in organising and coordinating product sales, ensuring seamless execution of the sales process.
4. Perform data entry tasks and support general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
5. Ensure timely follow-up with buyers to facilitate prompt payment and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Background:
1. Previous experience in sales coordination, admin or customer service roles within the apparel or related industries.
2. A background in the health and fitness industry is highly desirable.
3. Experience in order management and administration.
4. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and confident approach.
