As the ASM you will provide beautiful customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business. You will drive the team to be experienced Stylists, exceed KPI targets as well as grow personally & professionally.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will;
1. Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
2. Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
3. Ensure the team is creating a high energy & compelling experience for customers
4. Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team
5. Drive & manage KPIS daily
6. Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development
7. Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
8. Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
9. Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
10. Minimum 1+Years experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager
11. Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM
12. Exceptional customer service & styling skills
13. Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
14. Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
15. Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
16. The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
17. Self-motivated & strong communicator
