Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resource to lead our HR team and drive our people strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectivesOversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and complianceDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practicesLead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to drive their professional developmentPartner with department heads to identify and address talent needs, and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talentAnalyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisionsDevelop and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive cultureManage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on handling employee-related mattersOversee the performance management process and provide coaching and support to managers to drive employee development and growthEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in the HR landscapeOversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standardsCollaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiativesAct as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all HR mattersQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulationsExperience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectivesExcellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationProven experience in employee engagement and developing a positive and inclusive cultureAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalismExperience in the technology industry or with remote teams is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
