We are looking for Production Operators to join our Crossarms and Utility Poles teams at Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies (CFT) at Wellcamp, near Toowoomba.This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to expand your skills and knowledge in the construction materials supply industry, with on-the-job training.The Roles Utility Poles 8 hour shifts, covering the 3 parts of producing utility polesMeasuring, marking and drilling holesPainting the polesAttaching end caps, plaques and markings Crossarms Day / Afternoon / Night rotating shiftsAssemble, inspect, and package products according to company standardsOperate machinery and equipment in the production of crossarmsManual loading and unloading of materials and productsAbout YouExperience in manufacturing and process line work (an advantage)Mechanically minded, able to think on your feet and strong attention to detail and qualityAble to perform physically demanding tasksCommitment to safe work practicesSelf-motivation and positive teamworkReliable transport and a current Driver LicenceIf you are a motivated individual looking for a stable job in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
