Due to exceptional success and ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer L3 where you will be in the beating heart of the company! The Role: Provide support directly to clients onsite at their premises Support and configuration of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments Configure, troubleshoot, and remediate issues with enterprise networking hardware, virtualised infrastructure, SAN storage, VDI/Terminal Services, wireless deployments, and more Attend scheduled onsite bookings with clients to execute preventative maintenance, conduct onboardings, and execute projects Engage with third party vendors to integrate systems and resolve high-level issues that require vendor escalation Configure server and networking infrastructure for onsite implementation Manage and maintain their data centre presence Endeavour to improve the team through knowledge-sharing, training, and mentorship of other technicians Occasionally act as an after-hours emergency support escalation point.
