Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type:Permanent, Full-timeRole Location:Melbourne VIC (open to other locations within Australia)What will your day look like?As a Process Engineer, you will:Work alongside value stream leaders, business & technical SMEs, data scientists and operations experts to rapidly discover opportunities across processes and design solutions to optimise experiences end-to-endUtilise latest technologies to measure and analyse process performance and mine opportunities to solve the right problems and deliver tangible benefitsPartner with experts to build process capability to solve complex problems with data and a structured approachBring your creativity and innovative thinking to challenge, design and deliver processes that create value for customersMentor, coach and share digital lean best practices with the process community of practice to instil lean thinkingSupport and implement standard methods, approaches and governance to enable operational excellenceWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:An experienced Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a history of delivery and ROIStrong technical lean expertise, based on a fundamental understanding of the underlying principles and how to apply them practically and pragmaticallyTrack record of hands-on process re-engineering, mining, mapping and automationProven ability to utilise and navigate process intelligence capabilities to accelerate time to insight and convert into tangible opportunities for process improvementRelentlessly focused on delivering tangible benefits and Return on InvestmentHave great business acumen to solve ambiguous and complex problemsStrong facilitation skills, resilience and the ability to present clearlyExceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsKnowledge and/or experience with Service Design, Human Centred Design and/or Agile would be highly regardedPassion for developing people and coaching to build their understanding of lean principles and skillsYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
