We are proudly in our 40th year of providing a broad range of helicopter services including aerial work, passenger transport, contract and tourism services with our extensive fleet of over 25 aircraft including AS350, B206, B206(L), R66, R44 and R22 types.About the roleAs the Accounts Officer you will assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company and associated entities from time-to-time including; accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card reconciliations and other financial and administrative duties as required.Key duties and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Match purchase orders to supplier invoices, distributing for approval, entering purchases in Xero and processing payment upon approvalReview and verification of supplier statementsAddress all Accounts Payable queries, including responding to supplier phone calls and emailsAppropriate filing of Accounts Payable recordsReconcile daily invoices issued to customers from TakefliteEnter customer invoices, payments and adjustments into XeroMonitor and follow up on customer accounts including receivables outside trading terms and account discrepanciesIssue monthly account statementsAssist with Accounts Receivable queriesBank and credit card reconciliationsAssist in internal and external financial reporting where requiredAssist in other finance functions as neededTo be successful in this roleThrive when working as part of a team, excellent communication skills, as well as the following:Experience using Xero Accounting software highly advantageous.
