About the Role
We are seeking an experienced claims professional to manage a portfolio of domestic home property claims and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage claims from initial advice to settlement, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes in line with policies and procedures.
2. Determine loss extent and cause through efficient investigation methods, focusing on client and customer needs.
3. Deliver best-in-class loss adjusting services that meet or exceed client standards.
4. Project manage rectification, remediation, or reinstatement of damaged properties.
5. Foster collaborative relationships with support colleagues to deliver outstanding claims experiences.
About You
1. Prior experience in property, real estate, or building is essential.
2. Trade qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
3. You must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks/cases, and effectively interact with customers.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are necessary for success.
