Job Title: Project Operations Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Operations Coordinator to join our Division of Academic and Student Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
\
1. Coordinate activities associated with the Teacher Micro-credentials project, including reporting and data maintenance, scheduling, planning and delivering operational activities, monitoring budgets, and overall support with administration tasks.
\
2. Oversight of tasks such as coordinating and scheduling courses or events, preferably in an education or professional development environment.
\
3. Sound knowledge of computer applications and systems, including database management, learning management systems, scheduling, and productivity software.
\
4. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\
5. Development and implementation of solutions to identified issues, ensuring the success of the project.
\
6. Maintenance of accurate records and reports, providing insights for informed decision-making.
\
7. Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the broader community.
\
8. Other related duties as required.
\
9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas relevant to the role.

Requirements:

10. Demonstrated organizational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

11. Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop and implement solutions.
\
12. Sound knowledge of computer applications and systems, including database management, learning management systems, scheduling, and productivity software.
\
13. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and scheduling courses or events, preferably in an education or professional development environment.

14. A relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
