Essential Criteria To thrive in this role, you will need: Registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate.A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience or current classification as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.Competence in haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and home patient training according to practice standards.Experience supervising student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workload under minimal supervision.Creativity, innovation, and flexibility in addressing healthcare challenges.
