We are a service-based organisation on a growth trajectory and now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources professional to join our Leadership Team.

The Role As part of a growing and experienced leadership team, you will play an integral role in providing the organisation with the highest level of HR expertise. You will be accountable for developing and implementing HR services across the group, and your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing HR frameworks and tools to support initiatives on leadership development, workforce planning and talent management.Provide expert HR advice to the Leadership Team and leaders across the Company on all areas of the employee lifecycle, promoting best practice HR.Providing daily support to all staff, ensuring a cohesive and driven workforce.Managing and supporting an effective recruitment & selection process.Developing and facilitating relevant HR & Leadership Training.Managing and mentoring on the Company's employee performance appraisal process.Manage employee surveys and feedback and report to senior management to act as required.Effectively manage and guide leaders through performance management activities, ensuring best practice.In collaboration with our safety team, create, organise, and manage in-house initiatives to promote staff well-being and training.The successful applicant will be responsible for reporting on HR activities and will demonstrate a sound understanding of HR principles to apply to business needs and objectives.
Your proven ability to manage and deliver a diverse range of HRM functions in a dynamic working environment will see you succeed in this role, as will your ability to manage, develop, and implement HR-related policies and procedures that meet legislative and business requirements.
The successful candidate will have a:
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in an HR role;Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline;Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HRM practices & Federal and State employment-related legislation;Highly developed communication, verbal and written skills.Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.A highly effective leader and Manager.Solid administrative, organisational and time-management skills.Excellent listening, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills;Superior analytical and problem-solving skills;Understanding of the importance of ethics and integrity in the conduct of business.Working knowledge of Bamboo HR would be advantageous.What We Offer Our organisation is where you can put your innovative thinking, HR expertise and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly motivated, positive people.
