In this role, you will report to the National Sales Manager and collaborate with our team to drive successful sales strategies and business development opportunities. As the Medical Development Specialist you will… Manage a sales territory of clinics, GPs and clients and provide best-in-class care to elevate market access and ensure successful growth into the Australian Medical / Pharmacy community. Identify new growth opportunities to gain market access, make contact and schedule virtual and face-to-face appointments. Ensure continued growth of products by maintaining regular contact with major pharmacy and medical groups but also individual community pharmacy and GP practices. Present virtual and face-to-face medical cannabis education for key stakeholders, medical practitioners and pharmacists. Support all aspects of the sales lifecycle to acquire, retain and convert new and existing clients. Assist the leadership team at MedReleaf with identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies and educating key stakeholders on services and products. Monitor and report on KPIs and metrics to support continuous service and profitability by updating CRM platform and participating in team meetings. You'll be set up for success if you have… Post-secondary education, such as a Degree in Health Sciences, in a related field. 3+ years' experience working in a business development or sales position within Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Cannabis or Medical Device industries. Prior experience navigating the medical field in high-growth environments and working with clinics, pharmacists and GPs to present offerings. Strong track record supporting innovative sales strategies and objectives that penetrate market growth and deliver lucrative results with high client retention, conversion and acquisition metrics.
