Reporting to the Shared Services Team Leader (Accounts Payable), this role will be responsible for the daily management of operational, transactional, and administrative activities for Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.This role is commencing as a 3 month fixed contract; however, due to ongoing growth across the business, there is the potential to extend or transition to permanent, or be the opening to other opportunities across our diverse business.As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality, accurate and timely services to internal and external customersEnd to end AP tasksInterpreting and resolving first-contact enquiriesTriaging, undertaking, referring, or escalating tasksProcessing transactions consistently to set requirementsEntering data and maintaining up-to-date recordsFacilitating the Team Leader's work allocation, performance analysis, and service improvementsSupporting the Team Leader with IT to optimise the use of technology, and participating in projects and initiatives to drive improvements across the businessesYou may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:Relevant qualifications in business, administration or finance are preferredDemonstrated experience with Accounts PayableExperience within an ERP, SAP highly desirableSkills and aptitude for effective problem-solvingA focus on helping people, and enthusiasm for your roleEffective written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational skills, including multi-tasking#J-18808-Ljbffr
