We have 171 beds in our acute department that services a varied clinical caseload including ICU, cardiothoracic, orthopaedics, general medical and surgical. You will need to have flexible availability with shifts on weekdays, weekends and/or late shifts (5pm-8pm).Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will perform duties to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.Skills and ExperienceMinimum one year clinical experience, ideally in the acute hospital settingCurrent and unconditional AHPRA registration as a PhysiotherapistWeekend availabilityProven ability to independently manage a patient caseloadDemonstrated excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills within a multi-disciplinary teamHighly developed assessment and intervention skillsICU and cardiothoracic experience is desirableRemunerationOn offer is hourly base rate ranging from $38.26 - $55.42 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.What’s in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
