Rural Doctors Network is seeking a highly organised and motivated administration officer to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Western NSW Eye Health Partnership (WNSWEHP). About the Partnership: The Western NSW Eye Health Partnership (WNSWEHP) is a collaborative initiative involving RDN, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, Western NSW Local Health District, Western NSW PHN, and various NGOs. Our mission is to enhance access to eye health services, increase service utilization, support eye health promotional activities, improve long-term eye health outcomes, and reduce the rate of avoidable vision loss for Aboriginal people across the Western NSW region. Our integrated framework leverages local knowledge and collaboration with stakeholders to create equitable and culturally responsive eye health pathways for Aboriginal people. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering a high level of customer service. Handle incoming calls and emails relevant to the WNSWEHP. Provide necessary administrative support. Arrange and coordinate both virtual and face-to-face meetings. Attend meetings and take minutes as required. Book travel, accommodation, and transport logistics (e.g., hire car) for WNSWEHP upon request. Perform data entry, including database (CRM) and records management. Assist with drafting documents, financial reports, and contract management. Create purchase orders and process invoices. Identify, monitor, and manage reporting deadlines to ensure program objectives are met.
