Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality control. Enforce WHS compliance, conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication. Drive project schedules, track milestones, and report progress to senior management. Proactively solve on-site challenges, ensuring quality and design integrity. What You’ll Need Experience managing education, health, or large-scale commercial projects valued at $20M. Strong leadership and site management skills with a proactive approach. In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation, industry standards, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on high-quality outcomes. Perth-based experience is essential. Full Australian work rights required. What’s on Offer?
