Our passionate, talented, and diverse teams support our iconic brands in providing freedom of mobility tailored to every need.Come join the Stellantis Australia team today and play a role in the success of our diverse brand portfolio - Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Leapmotor and Mopar.Job Description:Stellantis Australia are seeking to appoint a CRM Specialist who will serve as our CRM marketing champion, taking ownership of the CRM lifecycle and leading marketing cloud activities for the business.This position will partner internally to understand needs, design, and develop lead nurture, loyalty and retention strategies, set up journeys and campaigns, and deliver high-quality solutions to meet these needs within different business units.This is a contract position for a duration of 12 months.This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Digital & Aftersales Marketing with key responsibilities for the following deliverables:Partner with the Marketing team and external agencies to develop and execute quarterly and monthly CRM plans, which includes designing, building, testing and deploying lead nurture / retention journeys using maximum functionalities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Understand business requirements, create SFMC specifications, design marketing journeys and email templates, develop campaigns and manage end-to-end delivery for lead acquisition and customer experience programs.Monitor and report on marketing automation efforts and identify areas for improvement / optimisation, including the setup of a best practice reporting business process / structure & A/B testing.Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails / SMS campaigns and conduct A/B testing.Support key stakeholders in the transition from current CRM solutions to a fully integrated, customer-centric Salesforce solution.Lead recommendations and modifications to improve Marketing Salesforce system performance, efficiency, internal business process and reporting.Manage the current state data management set up in SFMC, ensuring segmentation, efficiency is in line with the business’s SFDC licenses and CRM strategy requirements and desired outcomes.Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.Partner with internal functions to protect data by developing data security and associated policies, procedures and controls.Drive and initiate new ideas ensuring that Stellantis is always ahead of the competition.To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be/have:Minimum Qualifications:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification – required; or demonstration of extensive experience 2+ years in managing CRM marketing campaigns and data management.Demonstrated experience with Email, Mobile, Web, Advertising & Automation Studio, as well as Journey Builder.
