You should be friendly, proactive and happy to talk to users both online and face to face about the technical aspects of engineering and our software.Applicants must be based in our Geelong office.SupportAnswering typical support questions for Space Gass and Structural ToolkitManaging the support ticket CRMProduct demonstrationsProviding feedback to the development team for new featuresAssist customers to get the most from our SoftwareTrainingPreparation of training content and planning of future courses and seminarsUndertaking both in person and online training for our customersPutting together technical content to feed into marketing effortsRunning webinars on new featuresTravel across Australia for in person training and customer visits.Qualifications4+ years' experience in a consulting engineering roleA strong grasp of the technical aspects of structural engineering4 years' experience with SPACE GASS and Structural ToolkitAbility to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringExperience in preparing videos, content or training content is a plus.
