Role Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Construction Administrator and be part of creating beautiful, custom designed homes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients to ensure exceptional levels of client service and provide appropriate solutions.
* Issue End-of-Trade certificates and coordinate inspections.
* Assist the team with administrative tasks and support the business administration team as required.
* Actively promote workplace health, safety, and welfare practices in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Candidate Criteria:
* Experience working in a similar role within the residential construction industry.
* Excellent knowledge of client liaison principles, systems, and processes.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to deal with difficult clients and situations.
* Excellent IT skills, time management, and organisation skills.
