We're seeking a Business Trainee to assist with streamlining processes, handling key tasks, and supporting the team at ESSO Australia – Port of Sale, to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties, including responding to queries via phone, email, and in person Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets Order PPE and clothing as needed Book mail/stock into the external courier portal Submit IT requests through the company portal Maintain office stock, including stationery and IT equipment Order catering for business meetings Manage and update the Safety Recognition Program register Handle archiving tasks Order stock for Offshore Platforms as required Coordinate Offshore Printer requirements Provide reception coverage as needed Maintain visitor security passes and update personnel passes in the office security system About you: Attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality Capacity to remain calm under pressure Self-motivation, proactive problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills Punctuality and reliability Commitment to quality outcomes and meeting deadlines Positive attitude Willingness to learn and develop technical skills through self-directed learning.
