This centre is a 75 place service with amazing learning programs for young children to explore and thrive. This is a great opportunity for you to bring in your passion for the Early Years. About You
* An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification in the ECT position or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification for the Assistant Manager role
* Relevant teachers’ registration for the ECT role
* Must have minimum 2 years experience as an ECT or in management role for the Assistant Manager position
* A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
* Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain

The Role
* Motivate and lead a team of educators within the service
* Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
* Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
* Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
* Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices.
* Work with and alongside the Centre Director to manage the daily responsibilities of running and maintaining the service
