Following a comprehensive Workday Financials implementation, this business is seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of the platform and drive ongoing optimisation and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Take end-to-end ownership of the Workday Financials platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and ongoing development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver system improvements and enhancements. Lead post-implementation activities, including configuration updates, testing, and documentation. Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related queries, providing expert guidance and support. Work closely with finance and technology teams to align system functionality with business needs. Manage vendor relationships and engage with external partners as required. Stay current with Workday releases and industry best practices to ensure the platform evolves in line with business objectives. Skills and Experience: Proven experience leading Workday Financials implementations or managing post-go-live environments. Strong understanding of core Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Procurement, and Reporting. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and issue resolution. Excellent communication and project management skills. Workday certification in Financials is highly desirable.
