The Medical Practice Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the administrative functions of the Medical Practice, including financial and human resource management. This position ensures the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the practice, providing strong leadership in information management, technology, quality improvement, and financial and human relations systems. Key Responsibilities: Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to enhance customer service. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and needs promptly. Technical Skills & Application: Utilize technical skills to support practice operations and improve service delivery. Practice Coordination: Assist in coordinating practice activities and workflow to ensure efficiency. Financial Performance: Monitor and support financial performance to meet organizational goals. Productivity & Business Planning: Contribute to productivity initiatives and participate in business planning efforts. Asset Maintenance & IT: Oversee asset maintenance and ensure effective use of information technology. Quality Improvement: Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the operating environment and service quality. What We're Looking For: Report Preparation & Compliance: Experience in preparing and analysing reports, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining necessary data, including knowledge of the accreditation process for medical practices. Leadership & Team Building: Proven leadership skills with experience in building effective teams. Microsoft Proficiency: High degree of proficiency in Microsoft software packages. Government Conduct & EEO Knowledge: Understanding of the Code of Conduct for Government employees and Equal Employment Opportunity principles. Health & Safety Regulations: Knowledge of responsibilities under Occupational Health, Safety, and Welfare regulations.
