About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and mechanically-minded Service & Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in NSW. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Service and Sales teams across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all aspects of the Service and After-Sales department.
* Answer phone calls and address customer enquiries promptly.
* Assist walk-in customers with service or spare parts needs.
* Interpret spare parts requests and coordinate service work between technicians.
* Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure branch stock aligns with demand.
* Foster strong relationships with customers by responding to technical enquiries.
* Ensure timely distribution of products and services, meeting customer expectations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in spare parts or service roles within a similar industry.
* An understanding of mechanical or hydraulic systems.
* Proven experience with customer service, both over the phone and face-to-face.
* Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Confidence to troubleshoot problems and resolve them effectively.
* A highly organised approach, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
