About the Role
As a Resourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the sourcing and candidate management specifically for our clients within the Healthcare sector. In this role, you will use a range of sourcing channels to identify, attract and shortlist candidates to ensure the successful delivery of qualified healthcare staff to our client based in Adelaide with national reach. You will be a detail oriented individual and work to improve efficiencies that will deliver exceptional results for our Healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, attract and shortlist candidates using multiple channels like LinkedIn, SEEK, job boards and databases, professional networks and building talent pools.
2. Build positive relationships with the client, participate in job briefing and understand their requirements.
3. Write, place and monitor job adverts on multiple channels.
4. Screening, shortlisting and assessing candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience for specific healthcare roles.
5. Ensure compliance of shortlisted candidates
6. Building relationships with candidates, provide timely updates, feedback and support as required to deliver a positive candidate experience.
7. Coordinating interviews, providing accurate interview details and managing interview logistics if required.
8. Contribute knowledge to shared talent market insights within the team: stay updated on healthcare industry trends, talent movement and supply as well as market conditions.
9. Track and measure performance against operating metrics including candidate interviews, submissions and placements.
Essential criteria:
10. An experienced Recruitment Administrator/ Resourcer/ Coordinator.
11. Strong proficiency in conducting search campaigns and sourcing candidates.
12. Sound understanding and use of sourcing platforms.
13. Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
14. Able to work autonomously and take accountability for your work and actions.
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
16. Professional and effective communication skills – both written and verbal, able to engage with, build relationships with candidates and out them at ease.
17. Excellent listening and negotiation skills and a sense of humour.
18. Hybrid working environment available for the right candidate.
Desirable criteria:
19. Experience using Applicant tracking systems (ATS).
20. Confidence in conducting meaningful and engaging phone interviews.
21. Previous healthcare experience and understanding is advantageous.
