We are a dynamic company, specialising in the design and installation of fibreglass Swimming Pools.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Support team member to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This interesting diverse role includes the following tasks:
Manage client enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and various sales related duties
Coordinate appointments, meetings and site visits
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence from clients
Administrate swimming pools sales - council approvals admin, preparation of digital contracts and client relations
Scheduling and coordination of swimming pool construction including communication with contractors and preparation of sales invoices
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and tracking equipment
Ensure smooth office operations and help with day-to-day tasks as needed.
File documentation as required
The successful applicant will:
Have experience in office administration and client care
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Xero is preferable but not essential
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, work well in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Be confident and friendly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well presented, punctual & polite
Have exceptional phone manner
