Our client is an established and highly regarded development firm that works collaboratively with landowners. They are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their professional and highly experienced team based in Sydney as part of a financially secure and growing business.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage/drive social media, support internal corporate communications, coordinate events, and assist with public relations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities Social Media Management (40%)
Oversee and manage social media accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for our clients' brands. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and promotional campaigns. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Internal Assistance (20%)
Assist with corporate submissions, joint venture proposals, and other business presentations. Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing materials and ensure brand consistency. Provide marketing support for internal communications as needed. Event Coordination (20%)
Collaborate with the project team to plan and coordinate events for project-specific initiatives. Organise logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities for events. Develop event-related marketing materials and social media content. Ensure events align with overall marketing strategy and corporate branding. Public Relations (20%)
Act as a key focal point for our clients' public relations efforts. Work with existing PR companies to develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and market presence. Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners as required. As required, create press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Drive performance and awareness of our clients' brand in the marketplace. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Strong knowledge of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Experience with EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) technology. Graphic design & video editing skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Previous experience in marketing, social media management, public relations, or event coordination preferred.
