Who are we looking for and what will your typical day and role look like?
We are looking to hire a highly motivated Account Director with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and build strong relationships with a range of clients. You will have a strong track record of consistently driving results and taking initiative, of dedication, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure, of project managing and delivering multiple client engagements, a strong sense of team and desire to manage, motivate and mentor our upcoming talent, advanced written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. You will have corporate transfer pricing or international tax experience, combined with strong financial, quantitative legal and/or technology skills and a commitment to fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.

The successful candidate will join as an Account Director and ideally, they will be located in Brisbane.
Responsibilities will include:
3. Applying complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges
4. Develop innovative transfer pricing and economic ideas, alongside responsive services, and work products
5. Coordinating work with other client service colleagues nationally and globally to drive collaboration
6. Identify new business development opportunities and drive key account relationships
7. Manage a broad range of clients and provide advice on transfer pricing controversy issues, deal with revenue authorities and review transfer pricing documentation, including comparative economic analysis of transactions within multinational groups
8. Ensure projects run to time and budget and are adequately resourced
9. Coach, mentor and support a high performing team and act as an escalation point for junior staff members
