Job Title: Trainer and Assessor - Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
We are seeking trainers to facilitate our Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, specialising in Rehabilitation and Reablement Support (HLT43021), at various locations in regional Victoria.
About the Role
To be eligible for this role, you must have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and hold the Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance with suitable experience in Community Services (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic training to students and support them through their pathway
* Mark student assignments
* Encourage students during 120 hours of industry work placement, arranged by Stirling's Work Placement Coordinators
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and significant work experience in Allied Health or related industry
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
* Experience in teaching in an RTO setting (preferred)
* Ability to deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training (via Zoom)
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
* Working with Children Check
