Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationAs Senior Director, General Manager, you will have complete responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of a large portfolio with multiple product lines within the Aerospace Technologies (AT) business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy (STRAP) and growth strategy, both organic and inorganic, to drive growth at or greater than market rates. You will be accountable for developing the product technology roadmap, driving new product development, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment between engineering and supply chain (SIOP). You will also be responsible for leading and executing the daily commercial operations of the regional business, in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This will require collaboration with ISC, sales, engineering REV/COGS program teams, and cross-functional teams.To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate innovative thought leadership to drive NPD transformation within your portfolio and generate revenue from platforms by building innovative business models. You will also be responsible for managing supplier relationships, partnering with cross-functional teams, building effective teams, and leading change initiatives.
