At Cosentino ( we are looking for a Commercial Showroom Specialist in Sydney to join our Showroom located in 155 Liverpool St Corner, 130 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

What you will do
As the City Center Specialist, you will assist with the day-to-day operations in the Cosentino City showroom. Your daily tasks will include:
* Guest relations
* Events coordination
* Visiting certain customer accounts
Your goal will be to identify and generate sales leads and partner with the local sales team to convert these leads into sales and projects. You will also visit specific accounts to develop relationships and generate direct sales through those accounts.
You will play a key role in enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries (builders, architects, designers, commercial, etc.). In this role, you will proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals. Your ability to network and find business through events hosted at our City Center and showrooms will be integral to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage every customer, providing the best customer experience to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty.
* Assist all walk-ins and customers with appointments that arrive at the showroom.
* Provide support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to help customers understand the benefits of the Cosentino brand.
* Develop and build relationships with design firms in the area, managing those relationships through face-to-face visits outside of the showroom.
* Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments for customers and end users, checking stock for materials, and highlighting possible stock issues.
* Work with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic within the City Center and generate leads.
* Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
Organization and Administration Responsibilities:
* Filter the leads of the City Center via phone call and only forward the ones with potential.
* Organize and plan events in advance, coordinating content and ensuring we have qualified attendees.
* Execute events: manage invitations, catering, logistics, and publicity.
* Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce.
* Maintain the showroom in perfect condition, including cleanliness and organization of marketing materials.
* Manage administrative tasks required for suppliers.
What you need to succeed
Professional Experience:
Required:
* 2+ years of experience in sales
* 1+ years of experience in a retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service with a proven track record of generating leads and converting those leads into sales
* Preferably 2+ years of experience in the interior design industry
Knowledge: Required:
* Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service
* Knowledge of the building or decoration market
Academic Background:
Required:
* High School Diploma or GED
