Generous salary package $80,000 - $120,000 (negotiable) Permanent fulltime positionMonday - Friday, no weekend work required Onsite parking Key Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phones, welcome guests and co-ordinate outgoing / incoming mail Coordinating meeting schedules, hosting of meetings and taking minutes Travel arrangements Document management including preparation of correspondence, filing / scanningMaintain and upkeep of office supplies and stationary Manage office subscriptions and other service provider accountsCoordinate office maintenance and cleaning servicesBasic bookkeeping including entering of invoices, receipts, account reconciliations and payments to XEROOversee rental properties, including liaise with tenants, property maintenance, insurances, rent collection and engaging agencies to rent properties when requiredAssist in administration for their Charitable Foundation General secretarial and ad hoc duties (these include attending to more personal matters such as coordination of gardeners, cleaners, car servicing, travel planning etc for the family group) Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in an Office Management/Executive Assistant roleExperience with Bookkeeping / Xero (highly desirable) Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite Drivers License and own vehicle (costs will be reimbursed)Fulltime availability to work at their offices in Wilston, Brisbane.
