They deliver a world-class experience to their customers and are a fundamental part of Sydney’s transport network.The Role:To undertake the Tenancy Delivery Manager role from project initiation through to Lease commencement including applicable tasks necessary across the delivery lifecycle, which meets the following requirements:Key Responsibilities:Aid in facilitating leasing and retail delivery strategyManage tenant shopfitting, de-fitting, and maintenance worksAid in facilitation and lodgment of tenant consentsDeliver shop opening measures in line with requirementsManage the handover and commissioning phase for assigned projectsManage the project during the defect period post-completionPrepare reports with the Project Manager and other internal stakeholdersEnsure tenant shopfitters adhere to all stakeholder requirementsBuild and nurture strong partnerships with external retailersReport on the progress of works to provide status updates on projectsAlign to support the retailer partnership journey and business objectivesEnsure work practices are conducted following relevant legislation and policies concerning WHS, EEO, and environmental responsibilitiesIdeal Experience:5 + years of retail industry experience in leading fit-outsStrong commercial acumen, influencing, and negotiation skillsStrong retail acumen and proven ability to deliver retail projects and tenanciesStrong problem-solving skillsStrong communication, negotiation, organisational, and interpersonal skillsKey Knowledge and Skills:Strong retail acumen and proven ability to deliver retail projects and tenanciesStrong problem-solving skills.Established communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated organisational skills with the ability to achieve results and meet deadlinesA strong customer focus and appreciation of service delivery standards.Understanding of project management and procurement processesThorough knowledge of the Building Code of Australia practice and principlesUnderstanding of sound WHS, Environmental and Sustainability practices, and principlesExperience in project management in an operational environmentThis is an incredible opportunity to join a remarkable property group who are proud of their achievements and value their people.If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Tiffany Jolly on 0412 761 144.
