Join our team and help drive operational excellence by supporting our IT infrastructure across Strathpine, Ipswich, and Brisbane Airport. We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this role either full-time or part-time (3 days a week). Key Responsibilities As an EUC Engineer, you will: Endpoint Management : Manage and secure endpoints, implementing compliance and data protection policies. Knowledge of iPad/iPhone deployment and Intune is highly desirable. Office 365 Administration : Oversee and optimize Office 365 apps (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) for a collaborative user experience. Operating System Deployment : Utilize the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to deploy and configure operating systems efficiently. Hardware Support : Provide end-to-end hardware support for Lenovo devices (laptops/desktops), including troubleshooting and maintenance. Endpoint Security : Implement robust security solutions (antivirus, encryption) and manage the Palo Alto Cortex XDR console. User Support : Deliver exceptional end-user support for hardware and software issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Technical Expertise Essential Skills (Must-Have): Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and M365 admin (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive). Knowledge of Lenovo hardware. Proficiency in remote assistance tools and ServiceNow. Familiarity with Apple OS and devices (iPads/iPhones). Desirable Skills : Microsoft Intune for endpoint management. Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation. Experience with monitoring solutions for proactive issue identification. Key Attributes Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for troubleshooting and support procedures.
