Customer service and client focus are paramount to the business, and as a result, a Fleet Administrator is now required to work onsite at our client’s office.The Role:The role of the Fleet Coordinator will require an extremely methodical and personable individual. In addition, you will have a keen attention to detail and be self-motivated to ensure smooth administration procedures for a major account are always followed. The role is office based and working from Iceland Foods head office in Deeside.The primary aim of the role is to ensure that the customers' needs and requirements are met and that the overall service level agreement is delivered in an efficient and timely manner.The key day-to-day responsibilities of this role are varied and include:Build close working relationships with members of the Iceland Digital Operations Team and VMS Key Account ManagerDedicated Fleet support for Iceland Stores and Area ManagersActively manage service closures for the customer when impacted by van availability.Ensure routine maintenance appointments are attended and managed with storesManagement of van locations across the Iceland Store networkFacilitate van moves between stores as and when required.Build close working relationships with Iceland stores and the Area ManagerProvide Administrative support to the Digital Operations TeamLiaise between client stores and Fleet Management provider daily on varied escalations.Solve incoming telephone queries from Iceland Stores and Area ManagersTake ownership of and resolve complaints.Audit internal databases and systemsKey Skills Required:The ideal candidate will be:Experienced in Retail or Fleet related roles.Able to confidently communicate, both orally and in writingDetail oriented and technically minded.Able to work in a team and on their own initiative.Able to efficiently utilise different computer and communication software applications with strong Excel and organisational skills.Able to successfully manage their own time and workload.A proactive person and seek to prevent problems.Comfortable working with all levels up to senior management.
