The Role
Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different? In this dynamic role you will lead and drive a National Payroll team in coordinating workflow and driving a system implementation to ensure continued and sustainable success. Your extraordinary time management skills will be one of your best assets, and your ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers will really let you shine.
Your Skills & Experience
* Outstanding payroll management experience spanning at least 5+ years with a large corporation.
* Experience leading, training and coaching a payroll team.
* Implementation experience - upgrading or implementing new systems.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills and Success Factor experience essential.
* Remarkable attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to easily learn new systems.
