Responsibilities
1. Drive a Customer-Centric Culture: Lead by example to create a meaningful store experience.
2. Develop Team Talent: Drive financial sales, profit, and productivity by achieving set targets.
3. Showcase Visual Merchandising Expertise: Create a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere.
4. Manage Operations: Oversee store rostering, wage expenses, stock management, and sales performance tracking.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager.
* A passion for the retail industry.
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
* Operational excellence in stock control & visual merchandising.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
