Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications) Due to company growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join a long-standing & reputable construction company.Our client is relationship-driven & boasts a strong project pipeline & a progressive company culture.You will play an integral part in supporting business development whilst working within a collaborative team environment.About the role: Management of the bid process for all tenders and expressions of interest.Working closely with the Estimating, Pre-Construction, and Marketing teams.Working with internal teams to evaluate tender inquiries & respond accordingly.Content creation & creative input.Coordinating with designers & project photography.Ability to coordinate with the project delivery and estimating team to collate information and content for submissions.Compiling all tenders and assisting with the preparation of sales presentations to win business.Content creation for Project Sheets, invitations to tenders, and CVs.Creating tenders to stand out amongst competitors.Various stakeholder management - Ability to build relationships internally with Sales, Design, Commercial & Project teams.To be successful in this role you will possess the following: Experience as a marketing or bid coordinator in construction highly regarded but not essential.Experience working in construction & project-driven environments is highly regarded.Energetic, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working to deadlines.High attention to detail and a great eye for detail.Ability to work in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and content writing skills.To apply for this position please submit an updated resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
