We are seeking a User Experience Practitioner to work with a large Government Agency commencing in the new year.ResponsibilitiesValidating systems, products or services against user experience goals, metrics and targets.User Research: conduct research to understand user needs and preferences. This involves conducting surveys, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights on how users interact with the application.Usability Testing: perform usability testing to refine the user experience.
