Reporting to the Client Services Manager - Training, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative operations of the Training Department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide operational and administrative support, ensuring all administration processes, statutory and record-keeping obligations are compliant in line with regulatory bodies, legislation and company policies. This is a full time, permanent position to start immediately, or at the earliest available date of the successful candidate. The Administration Assistant (RTO Services) will be responsible for the following duties:Managing student enrolments, continuing registration requirements, and completing activities within the student management systemDelivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders including students,employers, apprentices, industry bodies and government departmentsReceiving initial enquiries and liaising with the training teamDownloading reports and following up on outstanding RTO student paperwork and other related informationBuilding relationships with clients to understand their business and training needsProviding reception reliefRequired Skills and Experience. Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles that are heavily process orientatedExceptional attention to detail - you take pride in the accuracy of your workComputer software proficiency - Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new software and work across multiple tech platformsWell-developed time management and organisational skills - you enjoy deadline and process driven workFriendly nature with a team player attitudeBenefits.
