We’re thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a National Customer Service & Administration Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate our Cleanaway Daniels Health Inbound Customer Service Contact Centres and Administration Support Teams.
In this high-level strategic role, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to operational excellence, overseeing a team of 6 supervisors and around 35 customer service and admin professionals across multiple locations nationwide.
This position is all about leadership, strategy, and impactful change. You’ll be at the forefront, guiding your teams toward continuous growth, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring that Cleanaway Daniels Health sets the industry benchmark for service excellence.
Lead & Inspire: Manage a dynamic, multi-site team across Australia, ensuring resources, training, and motivation are in place to meet our high standards. Creating a culture of engagement and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with Cleanaway Daniels Health’s high standards.
Drive Strategic Success: Use data-driven analysis to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
Build Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Cleanaway Daniels Health’s footprint in the industry.
Be a Change Champion: Contribute your industry knowledge and insights to help shape and implement the strategic direction for Cleanaway Daniels Health.
About You:
A hands-on, proactive leader with an exceptional track record managing multi-site contact centres in large enterprises, you know how to unite, develop, and empower teams, and you’re are ready to bring fresh ideas to Cleanaway Daniels Health.
Proven Leadership: Strong commercial acumen, paired with the ability to drive change and inspire a positive, values-driven culture.You have a track record of building high performing, engaged teams and thrive on coaching others toward excellence.
Exceptional Communicator: Articulate, persuasive, and able to present complex ideas effectively across diverse teams and locations. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the confidence to influence across all levels of the business.
Data-Driven Strategist: Skilled in analysing performance, making data-backed decisions, and implementing improvements to optimise outcomes.
Culture Builder: Your supportive, hands-on leadership fosters a culture of trust, integrity, and value, driving continuous improvement in customer service.
Financially Savvy: Able to manage the customer service P&L, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving strategic objectives.
