Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices. It’s our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one, supported by a welcoming team, ongoing training, and career development opportunities.Pay Rate: $27.48 increases to $29.37 after 3 months+ 12% SuperannuationShifts from 12:00pm – 5:00pmExtensive, supportive (paid) training on commencement, 6 weeks full-time, Monday - Friday, between 8.45 am - 5.06 pmYou will be responsible for:Performing customer sales and service transactionsManaging high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)Conducting and processing identity services transactions, including Australian Passport InterviewsPromoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-sellingAssisting customers with mail lodgements and associated costsBuilding rewarding relationships with customersAssisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenanceAbout you:You’re friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and love working in a team environment.
