Our opportunity
A unique opportunity for an experienced Pre-Construction professional to support the pipeline of new business opportunities through leading bids and the project conversion process, and unlocking value, design, and client engagement opportunities that will increase the conversion success rate.
As the Senior Project Manager, Pre-Construction VIC, you will lead the co-ordination of pre-construction teams on projects to ensure delivery of projects with a clear strategic plan, appropriate resource allocation and within the approved fee budget.
Your point of difference
1. Relevant tertiary qualification and experience at project management level
2. Experience in a similar role on complex construction projects under various delivery models and varying client types
3. Experience managing the design development process and consultants is beneficial
4. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
5. Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
